We look first and give you one fixed price to approve before any work starts, and there is nothing to pay just for us to come and look during business hours. Yes. For a straight swap onto taps and a drain that are in good order, it is mostly a matter of screwing the hoses on and hooking up the drain hose. You need a plumber when the taps leak or won't turn off, there are no washing machine taps, the drain needs changing or the taps have to move, because that is plumbing work for a licensed plumber.

We fix everything behind the machine: the taps, the hoses, the drain and the connections. A fault inside the machine itself, like the pump, the motor or the door seal, is a job for an appliance repairer, and we will tell you if that is where the problem is.
