Drainage and Water Rough-In
New sewer and stormwater drainage under the floor, hot and cold water lines in the walls, and every outlet set to the plan before the sheeting and tiling go on.
Waterproofing and Wet Areas
Failed waterproofing is why bathrooms get renovated twice. We strip to the substrate, apply and test a new membrane to AS 3740, then tile.
Moving Toilets, Showers and Sinks
A new layout means new drainage. Relocating a toilet, turning a bath into a walk-in shower or moving the kitchen sink is licensed plumbing work, and it is what we do.
Baths, Showers and Screens
A shower over the bath, a frameless screen or a freestanding tub: we set the outlets, re-waterproof the wet area and fit the tapware and screen once the tiling is done.
Fixture Fit-Off
Vanity, basin mixer, toilet, heated towel rail, kitchen sink, dishwasher and gas cooktop connected and tested once the cabinetry and tiles are in.
Compliance Certificate
Every plumbing and gas job ends with the certificate of compliance lodged with NSW Fair Trading, so the work is on record for your insurer and the next owner.

It depends on how much drainage and water pipe moves, whether gas is involved and how many fixtures are fitted off, so we do not quote from a price list. After the on-site consultation you get one fixed price for the whole plumbing scope, agreed before any work starts, and a 0% interest payment plan is available. A bathroom rough-in is usually one to two days, with fit-off another one to two days once the tiling is done. Kitchen plumbing is similar: one to two days of rough-in and one to two days of fit-off after the cabinetry is in. We schedule around your other trades so nothing waits on us.

Yes. Most of our renovation work is booked by or alongside a builder, designer or tiler. We work to the plan, turn up for the rough-in before sheeting and the fit-off after tiling, and keep the builder informed of anything the walls reveal.

Yes. Relocating a fixture means new drainage under the floor and new water lines in the walls, which is licensed plumbing work. We tell you during the consultation whether the floor, the sewer connection and the fall allow the move, and the fixed price covers it.
