The Pipe Damage We Patch Reline
When the rest of the line is sound, we reline just the damaged section instead of the whole pipe.

Cracked Or Holed Pipe
A single crack or hole in an otherwise sound drain or sewer line.

Old Clay Pipe Joints
Older clay sewer lines where one joint has opened up and lets roots in.

Under Paths And Pavers
Damage under paving you would rather not lift, repaired from inside the pipe.

Under Concrete
A bad section under a concrete path or driveway, repaired without breaking it up.
Pipe Damage A Patch Reline Fixes
Three ways a single damaged section shows up, and what we do about each.

Sewage Coming Up
Waste overflowing from a drain outside means the line is blocked or broken now. Call and we clear it first, then find the cause on camera.

Keeps Blocking In One Spot
If the drain keeps blocking and roots come out every time, there is usually one crack or open joint letting them in. Clearing it again will not stop it.

Damage Found On Camera
A camera inspection has shown one crack or bad joint. That is exactly what a patch reline is for, and we mark where it sits from above.
How We Patch Reline A Pipe
Patch pipe relining Sydney-wide: find the damaged section, reline it from inside, and check it on camera.
Licensed plumbersFind It On Camera
We clear the line and run a camera through it to find the damaged section and measure exactly where it sits. You see the footage before we quote.
Fixed price firstReline The Section
A patch liner is wrapped around an inflatable packer, coated in 2 part epoxy resin and pushed to the damaged spot, then inflated against the pipe wall until the resin sets.

The packer comes out and we run the camera back through to check the patch has set properly, then test the line before we leave.

Patch Relining FAQs
Answer:
It depends on the pipe size, how deep and far along the damage is, and how many sections need a patch. We price it after the camera inspection as one fixed price, and you approve it before any work begins.
Answer:
Patch relining repairs one damaged section of pipe from the inside. A short liner soaked in resin is pushed to the damaged spot on an inflatable packer and pressed against the pipe wall until it sets, sealing the crack or joint.
Answer:
A patch suits one crack, root entry or open joint in an otherwise sound pipe. If the camera shows damage all along the line, full pipe relining is the better repair, and we explain why in the quote.
Answer:
Usually not. The patch goes in through an existing inspection opening or access point. If there is no access point, a small dig may be needed to make one, and that is included in the quote.
Answer:
It seals the crack or joint the roots were getting in through, so they cannot enter at that spot. Roots can still find another weak joint further along, which is why we camera the whole line first.
Answer:
A single patch is often done in the one visit, including the camera check before and after. Several patches, or a line that needs clearing first, take longer, and we tell you before we start.
Answer:
Yes. The camera inspection comes first and we show you the footage of the damaged section before we quote.
