Check the simple things first: that the pump has power, that there is water in the tank and that the filter is not blocked. If it still will not run, the pump or its controller may have failed. We test it on site and tell you whether it can be fixed or needs replacing.

Toilets and laundries on tank water stop filling when the tank is empty, the pump has stopped, or the switch that changes them over to mains water has failed. Check the tank level and that the pump has power first. If they still will not fill, we trace the fault from the tank to the cistern.

It changes the toilets and laundry over to mains water when the tank runs low, so they keep working in dry weather. When the switch fails, the fixtures it supplies can stop getting water. We replace a faulty switch, or take the system out and connect the house straight to mains if you no longer want to use the tank.
