You call. We pick up.

Direct line to dispatch. After-hours, same number, same person answers. We log the building details and dispatch from the nearest van.

Diagnose before we quote.

CCTV the line, locate the leak, identify the failure mode. The committee gets a written diagnosis with photos before any work starts.

Fixed-price quote.

Itemised — labour, parts, equipment, GST. No "additionals" surprises after the work is done. Scope changes mid-job? We stop and re-quote.

Execute & document.

Drop sheets down, shoe covers on, area left cleaner than we found it. Photos at every step. Resident comms if access is needed inside lots.

Written strata report.

The full Form-A: what we found, what we did, parts used, before/during/after photos, signed by the licensed plumber, ready for the building records.

Invoice + follow-up.

One clean invoice, matching the quote, matching the report. We follow up after 30 days. If anything reopens, we come back at no charge.
