In June 2026, our plumber attended a Kellyville property for blocked drains and hot water issues. A CCTV inspection of the sewer line revealed a break in the garage area. We offered two options: excavating outside or a spot dig in the garage, with the customer opting for the latter. We then cut and removed a section of concrete slab, exposed the 100mm sewer, and conducted a 1m reline on the branch arm. New PVC pipework was installed, and the area was backfilled and re-concreted. We also investigated the hot water system, retested it, and attempted to adjust it internally.

In May 2026, a Kellyville customer reported a minor gas smell from a gas outlet in their room. Our plumber performed a bubble leak test on both gas bayonets and the meter, finding a leak on the shut-off valve of the meter. The gas bayonet in the front lounge room was removed and the point capped off. Gas was then reinstated and the gas storage heater relit.
