Terrey Hills Plumbing FAQ
Answer:
Yes. Our emergency service runs 24/7, weekends included, and we aim to have a plumber with you within the hour. If water is running, turn it off at the meter tap while you wait. After hours and on weekends a call-out fee may apply at our discretion, and we always confirm it with you before we attend. During business hours there is no call-out fee*.
Answer:
If your property is on Sydney Water's mains, Sydney Water repairs a leak between its pipes and your meter, up to one metre inside the property boundary, at no charge; the pipes after the meter are the owner's (Sydney Water). 86.5% of Terrey Hills homes are separate houses (ABS 2021 Census). If the leak is on your side, we find it, fix it and give you the price before we start.
Answer:
Yes. We do full bathroom renovations as well as everyday plumbing, so the same licensed team (NSW licence 306457C) handles the pipework, fixtures and finish. With 46.1% of homes owned outright (ABS 2021 Census), many Terrey Hills owners renovate to stay. You get a fixed price before any work starts, and there is a lifetime guarantee on our workmanship.
