We installed new drainage, concreted the joints, backfilled, and laid blue metal flush with the tiles. We completed the work.

In May 2026, our plumber attended a Green Valley property where a leak in the bathroom was reported, causing a wet floor. We carried out demolition of the shower area, removed the shower breech, and installed a new 1/2 inch shower breech. We then re-sheeted the floor and walls of the shower area, applied a first coat of waterproofing, and then re-waterproofed. Tiling and grouting were completed, and we installed an additional fibro washer behind the hot spindle to allow the cover plate to sit flush. We completed a final flood test.
