In August 2025, our plumber attended a property in Elderslie where the customer reported issues with a rainwater tank and a toilet cistern. We isolated the water to the house, removed the toilet cistern, and installed a new outlet valve with new housing, a new inlet valve, and a new flexi and isolation valve. We also removed the old defective rain to main pump, cut out defective copper, and installed a new rain to main pump with a pressure limiting valve and shut-off ball valves. All work was tested and commissioned, and rubbish was removed from the site. Later, we attended the site again and adjusted the PLV valve going into the rain to main pump.
