When Jon went on to start Mr Splash Plumbing with Tara later on, he took the lessons his father had engraved in his heart with him.
From his father, Jon learnt work ethic, integrity, and staying motivated. But the most important lesson of them all was the magic of family. Jon found that a family-like bond between co-workers created an irreplaceable experience at the workplace. He and his wife became committed to upholding that at Mr Splash Plumbing with his crew. The sentiment of kinship is extended to Jons customers at workJon puts it as a form of respect. He takes the wishes, urgency and home of his clients seriously, and tries to instil this in his employees as well. When hes not on the job, Jon loves playing with his kids and getting involved in the local community. To wind down, he puts time into his other passioncars. He likes to bring one from his collection down to the race track from time to time. Jons life work is to pass down to his children the same ideals he received from his father. Even if they dont become plumbers when they grow up, he hopes that the core values of family are handed down from one generation to the next.
Believe it or not, work is Taras second favourite thing in the world. When shes not spending time and doing fun activities with her husband and kids, shes dedicating blood, sweat and tears to Mr Splash Plumbing. Taras motto is to Let nothing slide past. Tara makes it her priority to firmly grasp them, taking each chance as far as possible.
